Default Can you log in more than one character?

(sorry if this was asked before -- the search link isn't working for me for some reason...)

Anyway, my wife and I are thinking about playing the game together. Will we need to purchase two copies of the game, or can we log in two characters at the same time on separate computers?

Yeah, you have to buy two copies if you both want to play at the same time.

if you try to have 2 people log into 1 account 1 will get kick off so yes you have to have 2 copies of the game. and me and my wife play also but we are older 35 + nice to see another husband and wife playing.

Me and my wife play and have 2 accounts each, one of each linked to factions, one not and we're 45 and 48 years old.

I need to talk my husband into playing!

... heh, if only all couples had that problem of the wife being GW addicted and the husband not. :: cackle ::

It's worth it to have the two copies anyway - you'll have a lot of fun together playing, there's nothing like killing stuff together to keep a marriage strong.

Ive tried to get my gf to play a couple times, she's amused by how real certain things look, but she's still not interested enough to play it yet...any advice?

My wife got me into the game. Another older married couple here.

We actually have three accounts, so she could try out multiple professions. She's up to 9 characters now (2 monks), all of whom I think are Level 20.

EDIT: Not true. The assassin is Level 17, and I suspect the Ritualist is even lower.

Hubby and I have been playing GW together since it's launch (we're both in our late 30's). We're so nuts about it that we each have 2 accounts ('coz we wanted to try all professions and didn't want to delete our chars - or share our accounts!).

Funny thing is that early on, I had several folks on my friends list pm me that they thought my 2nd account had been hacked because both showed me as online - I guess some never consired that a married couple might like to play computer games together.

Shorah!
